Mr. Sunil Kumar, Execuative Chef at Bombay Spice Grill and Wine and master of Indian cusine, has 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry.  He has been an integral part of Bombay Spice when the doors opened in 2007, from menu development to preparation.

 Mr. Kumar previously co-owned a series of Indian restaurants in the New England region, and served as the master chef for Cedar Steakhouse at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut.

 Growing up he spent most of his time at his family’s restaurant in Punjab, India.  Self taught and with a degree from India, he moved to the United States in 1989.  In 2007 he moved to Phoneix, Arizona to embark on his career at Bombay Spice, a new PhoenixIndian Restaurant with a unique vision in Indian food.

In his free time, Mr. Kumar is an artist who enjoys painting scenes or portraits of Indian culture.  A selection of his artwork is displayed on the walls of Bombay Spice.
